Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives that is used in plastic manufacturing to color or enhance the properties of plastic materials like PP (Polypropylene) and PE (Polyethylene).
Masterbatch is made by dispersing colorants or additives into a carrier resin (usually the same polymer as the final product). It is supplied in small granules or pellets and mixed with raw plastic during processing.
